The quality of food is poor. It's way too overpriced as well. Delivery is good, though.

Worst domino pizza ever. Store staff need to learn how to make pizza n garlic pizza. So disappointed. Pizza came so cold, sauce less n cheese less. Its was super dry pizza. Never buy again from this store.

They delivered the wrong and cold pizza last night, when I tried to call them, they screened my calls. I tried them again today and held for a few minutes, still didn’t answer. I called off my husbands phone, they answered straight away. Manager was extremely rude. Didn’t apologise once. Said it was my fault as I had ordered additional tomato base apparently this means garlic butter to him?! Would not recommend to order from this branch.

Absolutely terrible experience at this branch never ordering again. Estimated food delivery was 25min and this was delivered over 1h 15min later and was cold. The manager of the store was rude and cut the phone on me when I complained about the delay. The manager told me that, I was not making sense, and he has nothing else to say to me. I am completely astonished at the lack of empathy and customer service.

Oh dear. We ordered 5 pizzas which cost £44. The pizza's turned up late and cold. They were so poor. We could have got better at Asda for £10. I called them to complain. I spoke to the store manager and all he offered was a £25 voucher towards our next order. He said i needed to speak to the area manger but he wasn't available.....oh dear. By the way if I had ordered online and not via the app the pizzas would have cost £88!!!!! Avoid at all cost. Go to your local supermarket xx

Called for assistance for deals to replace normal with gluten free pizza. Guy on the phone - amazing customer service and understanding to the situation! Keep up the good work!

Ordered on a week night due to a family celebration. We had to wait an hour for our food when it should have been half an hour. The quality of the pizza was really not good. The cheese and tomato pizza was really dry and hard, the BBQ chicken wasn’t much better. Ended up throwing most away. Certainly won’t be rushing to order from here again.

Terrible. My order took 1hr + when my food arrived it tasted horrible. Probably the worst take out pizza I’ve ever had… dry, barely any sauce or cheese and overly salty. NOT freshly made the crust was flavourless and dull. After a long day at work and needing a treat this practically ruined my only joy…

Would give them -100 if I could. Waited 1hr 30 minutes, said delivered for 40 minutes , called and called but no answer ; eventually called on my partners phone and they answered, said it would be 3 minutes , 15 minutes later it shows up freezing cold and squashed - never order from here

Don't bother ordering from them. Your food will show up hours later, stone cold. Had to go to drive to their branch to get a refund just to be told a refund could take weeks to go through but I could wait for another pizza to be made. Should have gone in store to get my order
