Avril made a Jamaican rum cake for my mum and dad's 60th anniversary. It was the tastiest and moistest fruit cake that we have ever had the pleasure to eat. You could really taste the rum, it was divine. We were lucky enough to have some left and it tasted just as good after 5 days. My mum and dad were so pleased as they love fruit cake and much prefer it over sponge cakes. I would use Avril again without hesitation and I highly recommend her. If you want something special, incredible tasting and that won't break the bank, you have to try Cakes by Dimples
