Tina did the flowere tributes for my brother's funeral last week I must say they where absolutely beautiful we where so pleased with them. She offered good advice and guidance on what we wanted as a family at this sad time. A professional service all-round at reasonable cost I would highly recommend this shop. Thank you Tina ......

Ordered the flowers for my father's funeral here and service was great. Was helped in deciding what was best arrangement to have with their advice being a cheaper option. They liaised with funeral director for delivery and the flowers were beautiful. Have used before and will definitely use again. Thank you

Cute place but won’t go back to it again. They have balloons, cards, incense, chocolates/sweets, vases and other flower related products. I came in to buy some fresh flowers but the service is terrible. The lady was on the phone for more than 5 mins and made me wait. She looked at me in the eyes but did not signal nor paused to let me know she’ll be with me or whatsoever. It did say the shop was open. I was ignored. It could be poor service or could be racism, I can’t tell.

Tina made the most amazing wreath to go on top of my Mum’s coffin it was absolutely stunning. It was exactly what Mum would have loved all her favourite flowers and colours. Thankyou so much.

Sorry, but this was the worst delivery experience ever. First attempt failed, because nobody was in, so fine. We called and they suggested that we collect the flowers (we live 7 miles away from the shop). As we don’t have a car that would have taken us 90 minutes. Quite reluctantly they offered “to look into a delivery the following day.” Indeed a second delivery attempt happened the following day. But despite my wife having been home throughout this attempt failed too, because nobody rang the doorbell nor did anybody phone us although they had our number. We called again, and they insisted we now had to collect. They were not prepared to do another attempt to deliver the flowers. They didn’t even care to apologise. Flowerhouse, this is completely below standard. Never again!

Just opposite kings Langley station, this florist is great value for money. We got a stunning bouquet for £25 which rivaled other chain florists who would charge much more. The shop has free parking and the staff were very helpful.
