Friendly, helpful, well-stocked. A bit slow on a Saturday morning.

My wife and I went to Lords to look at some paving slabs and when we arrived a lady came out to greet us and ask us if we wanted any help. We told her what we were looking for and she kindly took us to the correct area and showed us what was available. Whilst we were looking she went and grabbed us a catalogue and gave us the prices and order time frames. I couldn't have asked for any more. Great customer service and great knowledge. I would highly recommend.

Helpful staff,good stock and don't keep you waiting

Worst merchant ever, failing to send my delivery two times, branch closed two days for stock taken and they stop to sell black limestone garden slabs where we start the project and been struggling to find close matching slabs….. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE

Good for building materials and will price match I used the hire department HSS and was more than happy with them and their prices

Great service and delivery of product would defo recommend for quality and price. In my case I ordered the wrong size of stones.It was no trouble for the driver to return them and deliver the correct size.

I have never come across more lazy and unhelpful staff than the ones in this store. They are rude, impatient and need to be educated in how to be polite. Please avoid this store as you will not have a good experience.

Really helpful shop staff, important for diy novices like myself, and materials at a good price. Delivery arranged was convenient and a very cheery guy, especially considering the weather conditions at the time.
