We have had many experiences with Willow Haven as our beloved pets have passed on. The care, empathy and consideration they provide is second to none. A genuinely wonderful, mindful team there that you couldn’t wish for better service from. Forever in their debt for making an immensely hard time lighter.

We lost our Paws 🐾🐾 early in July - we knew it was going to happen - but just didn't know when - so yes we started searching what to do - having never lost a Pet Family Member before. We came across Willow Haven in the Google Search which is local to us and we are so very pleased we did. If our Pet had passed away with the Vet - it would have been likely our Paws would have been collected by the Vets Cremation Company - however our Paws decided for herself when she would pass - so yes we contacted Willow Haven who dealt with all the necessary. They were so lovely, caring & supportive over the phone and we opted to take our Family Member directly to them. On arrival we could place our Paws into a lovely Chapel area alit with Candles - this was so extra Special for us - whilst it was Heartbreaking - it was a Beautiful place and a lovely way to say our last whispering Words and Cuddles. This is a Family run business who treat you and your departed Pet with Dignity, Compassion and warmth. What was so lovely too - my Son wanted a pawprint & Willow Haven happily obliged to provide an ink paw print - a lovely added touch. The death of a family pet leaves a considerable hole. Clare at Willow Haven was kind, flexible and considerate. The pet cemetry and crematorium is in a peaceful setting and a world away from some of the other options.

I can’t thank Willow Haven enough for their kindness and professionalism in handling the cremation of my friend’s pet rat, Jake. Their pricing was very competitive, and they went above and beyond by collecting Jake and delivering his remains with great care. The thoughtful certificate they provided was a truly touching gesture. Their compassion made a difficult time a little easier, and I highly recommend their services.

I have had two cats and one rabbit cremated here and it’s a wonderful place. The grounds are beautiful! They had a little room you could say your final good byes and the staff are very welcoming.

My beautiful Birman Tango passed away a few weeks ago. I was so devastated and distressed trying to find a good pet crematorium services. I am so glad to have found Willow Haven. Clare has been very helpful and caring which made the whole process smoothly. I have got Tango urn delivered back home. Really good family run services with good heart. Thank you.

When my pet pug Hugo passed away I took him here , they were so kind and considerate, I was taken into a lovely room to say my last goodbyes to Hugo and was left for as long as I needed , then the lady sat me down and took me through what was to happen next . Hugo was treated with the upmost respect and dignity , I was called few days later by Tom to collect Hugo ashes and he was so thoughtful and kind to us , they made a emotional heartbreaking situation so much easier and I have huge comfort that I took Hugo’s on his last journey there. All I can say is thank you for everything , absolute stars x

Thank God for this lovely place. They collected our little dog Boots from the vet the next day, kept us informed and we collected her ashes a few days later after they called us. They were in a little box with her name printed on it which was in a white bag with her name printed on that as well. A couple of weeks later we received a lovely Certificate of Cremation stating the date she died and the date she was cremated. So relieved we found this place, if we had left her with the vet to cremate her she wasn’t going to be collected for another 7 days and she wouldn’t have been back for collection for another 7 days! Willow Haven is in beautiful grounds out in the countryside, the staff are so kind and helpful. Thank you so much, you made a heartbreaking time a little easier.

Excellent service all round from willow Haven staff, from phoning, dropping our loyal friend Jet off and to picking up his ashes. They are truly caring pet lovers who understand what you are going through.. The hurt and loss is like no other.. When we picked Jet up i was going to pay but Maureen said Don't think about that at the moment take Jet home where he belongs and they would send a bill in a few weeks..
