Each aspect of our orangery project, from foundations to brickwork to the roof and everything in between, were completed to a high level of quality and in good time. I strongly recommend Kings Construction Services. We used Kings for a dormer, side and back extension with every existing room in the house being re worked. Obviously this was a large project that ran over several months. It was a large project that we could not afford to go wrong. We also used a project management company to assist us with this work. A detailed tender document was produced by Kings. This tender price was sensible and fully costed making it easy for us to see the price was what it should be and ensuring Kings could complete the work at the price quoted. The work was completed to budget with no meaningful variation costs! Given the year was 2022 there were significant issues with building supply chains than Kings dealt with. We are extremely happy with the end result. At all points Kings were professional, responsive and helpful. All the people working on site were considerate of our neighbours and a pleasure to deal with. Every two weeks I would meet up with Kings and the project management team on site. At each of these meetings it was clear what had been worked on and what was coming up next. The communication and advice from Kings was superb allowing us to incorporate changes to specification at the right time without incurring large variation costs. The quality of the finish has been excellent. Kings have also been responsive with the inevitable small snagging items. In summary - if you want a builder that complete a large or small job to high quality at the price quoted Kings are recommended by me. I am very grateful to Kings for competing this project allowing us to live in our "forever" home.
