Ali was fab in helping me understand the mad world of macs!

I feel Ali has saved me from going insane! Being a photographer I spend a lot of time on the computer, which is super old and (was) incredibly slow and to be honest on a daily basis i just wanted to launch it out the window! I had a chat with Ali about my options, and went for an upgrade. I felt completely safe and confident that Ali was going to transform my tired old mac and WOW its like it's brand new machine again. So I've been trying to get some stuff done at work (IT set-ups and problem solve some connectivity issues).. but frankly around not having the time to devote to it, and also not having all the expertise required (and being bounced from one company to another on some incredibly long hold calls).
