I purchased a bag of kiln dried logs a few days ago, but unfortunately they were all damp. I was swiftly contacted about the issue with an apology, and offer to compensate with a replacement bag of kiln dried logs. Mistakes happen, but how they are dealt with is what separates good companies from poor. Very pleased with how this has been dealt with, and will certainly be using Langley Logs again in the future.

Had my first delivery from Langley Logs today. Order delivered on time, logs were dry (despite the weather!) and perfectly seasoned. Good mix of cut sizes - nothing too large and some a perfect size to get the log burner going. Communication and an advance call prior to delivery added to great customer service. Will definitely order again.
